What is Birth Doula Support? It provides physical and emotional support during birth. I am there to support you with a calm presence, help you process thoughts, double-check what the provider and nurses ask, advocate, and ask, “Can you tell us about the risks and alternatives?” I will be there as your sister, your mom, and your friend. Making sure you know you can do this, and I’m right there by your side. If you have a partner, I will be making sure your partner is doing okay as well.

• 2 Prenatal Visits (1–1.5 hours each)

For families outside my service area and wanting educational + emotional support prenatally and not during labor.

• 2 virtual prenatal sessions

• 1 virtual postpartum visit
