As someone who was trying for a VBAC, I was really scared to go through delivery. But Kay made all those worries go away and was always there when I needed her. I always asked her all questions and she assured me with comfort. She gave me relief that I needed and helped me through everything! She's the reason I had a successful VBAC with no medications! Kay is such a wonderful doula. I reached out to everyday miracle for a doula almost last minute because I was at 36 weeks when i contacted them. So they paired me with Kay. From that time Kay called me first and introduced herself and explained everything as to what I shouldexpect from her. We planned for her to come for her 1st in person visit at my home at which she was very professional. She came with her computer and showed me some videos as to how i should prepare for labor day. She also encouraged me to attend birth classes which was very helpful. She helped me registered me for all of my classes and send me some exercises. She help me planned for labor day as it's relate to what I was wanted in my room, who was allowed in my room, and what i wanted on me and my baby not forgotten what I didn't want. Kay was a great doula to me who provided me with the support that I needed both physically and spiritually. Kay was very empathic to me. Every time I called or texted Kay she was always willing to answer me or respond to me in a timely manner without any delay. I'm very much grateful to everyday miracle for connecting me with Kay who helped me to navigate through my pregnancy, labor day and some of the challenges and fear I had at that time. Kay actually Helped prepare me both physically and mentally for labor day something I didn't do with my 1st pregnancy because I didn't have the know how.
She stayed with me and provided me with all the support that i needed till i had my baby by C section before she went home. She called me early the next day to check up on us. Kay came to visit us 1 week after we left the house and did a whole photo shoot section with me and my babies. Thank you everyday miracle for hiring people like Kay.
